The hotel offers fine rooms with convenient features like bedside power points and directional spotlights. However, there were discrepancies in pricing for connected rooms. The service was amazing with a very friendly and helpful staff, but at times I had to ask for things constantly. The location, though far from city center stations, is still pretty good, especially being close to Ostbahnhof and major railway connections. The dining experience was quite good, but the selection of cold cuts and cheeses could be more diverse. Overall, a satisfactory stay with some minor hiccups.
